The village of Tochni has a very special character and the church foundations date back to 300 to 400 years AD, when founded by St Helena the mother of Constantine, the Great.

This traditional village has easy access to the Nicosia, Larnaca and Limassol highways and is some 30 minutes from all three towns. It is just 12 minutes from the sea at the picturesque fishing village of Zygi with its famous fish tavernas and beaches.

Ground Floor. The entrance is a double arched doorway to a hall which continues to the left, and to the right leads to Number 3 bedroom with en suite. If you continue straight on this is the entrance to the large courtyard. From the main entrance hall to the left the hall continues up a step and then up three steps, and to the left is a large utility room cum workshop. To the right is a door to the dressing room of the master bedroom. From the entrance hall, to the right is a double bedroom with en suite shower room.
On entering the main walled court yard there is a large shady date palm and carob tree and to the left three beautiful stone arches. There is access to all parts of the house from the courtyard.
Stairs from here lead to all upper floors. The courtyard is unique with its stone patterned mosaics and separate planting areas.

On the right is the outside covered dining area under the three arches.
This area leads through to the main dining room, and double doors to the kitchen / living area.

The main dining room has its unique features which include beam roof space and items retained from the original stable building, with the addition of a double glazed door out to the courtyard.

Back out to the courtyard again and opposite the covered dining area ,up a few steps, are double doors leading to the master bedroom with its own en suite bath room and dressing room.

Out side and above this, stone stairs lead up to a large roof garden to the left, and a covered area to the right.

On the left hand side of the stone steps the area opens out into a roof garden which is above the main entrance hall and 3rd bedroom.

To the right of the stone steps is a covered shaded sitting area which leads to the office or 4th bedroom area.

On the other side of the main courtyard a set of stone steps lead up to a covered balcony, with double doors which open into a large drawing room.

To the right as you enter the drawing room is bedroom number 2 with is own en suite.

The drawing room also has a balcony area which over looks the village and the quite street below.

From the drawing room balconies there are views of the village.

This balcony also leads to a quiet studio in the top most corner of the building.
