We purchased the land in 1999, drew up plans in conjunction with a local architect, building started in 2000, our builders completed the main house in February 2001. We have full documented construction and Building licence, also we have a full set of photos of the build and outside work which can be looked at when viewing.

Since the completion of the house we have added the stone courtyard, traditional stone walls, as well as improving the gardens and landscaping. This work has taken 7 years! In May 2006 we decided we would like to take on a new project – we plan to move to France where we hope to restore and convert an old property.

We have also added all white goods and the work now completed over this winter including a stone covering to the Courtyard and stone steps to orchard level, private sale price as stated above.
